Orders are dispatched from our single central warehouse following payment verification. Dispatch and delivery estimates are indicative and depend on destination and courier availability. For current timelines, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Shipping charges, eligibility for free shipping and any applicable COD fees are displayed at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy. All charges are clearly presented before payment.
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped. To cancel, please use the Track Order page. If Sajheera cancels an order prior to dispatch, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Sajheera does not offer exchanges. Returns are accepted only for items that are demonstrably defective or incorrect, and must be requested within the stipulated window. Approved returns are settled via a Sajheera Store Gift Card.
A clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for return claims: the parcel must be shown from sealed condition through to full opening with clear visibility of the product. Sajheera may request supplementary evidence to validate authenticity.
